2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• The product has not been installed or connected to any electrical system.
• The product is accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Products that have been installed, used, or connected to an electrical system.
• Opened wires, cables, or cut-to-length products.
• Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse by the customer.
• Custom orders or specially requested items.
• Products without original packaging or missing parts/accessories.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
to you. Damage caused during shipping must be reported immediately upon receipt.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original
payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the
return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order by the customer, the customer is
responsible for return shipping costs.
