Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Definitions

• These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Light Dimensions Co. (referred to as "the Company," "we," or "the Store") and the user or consumer.

   

• By using the store or completing a purchase, you acknowledge your agreement to all the terms outlined herein.

   

2. Company Information and Disclosure

• Light Dimensions Co. is a commercial entity registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with its primary place of business in Jeddah.

   

• The Company is committed to clearly disclosing its trade name, commercial registration number, tax identification number (VAT), and head office address on the electronic store.

   

3. Data Privacy and Protection

• All data leading to the identification of the consumer (such as name, contact numbers, addresses, and ID photos) is considered protected personal data.

   

• The Company undertakes to implement the necessary technical and administrative measures to protect consumer data from unauthorized access or processing for non-legitimate purposes.

   

• The Company shall not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes without obtaining your express prior consent.

   

• If a continuous account is established to facilitate future contracts, the Company may retain the data until the consumer requests the closure of the account through a clear and easy method.

   

4. Contract Conclusion and Error Correction

• The Company clarifies to the consumer that the contract is considered concluded, and the obligation to pay is established, once the designated field for completing the order is clicked.

   

• The consumer may correct any error in the electronic communication sent to the Company within (24) hours of sending it, provided they have not derived utility from the product or service.

   

• The Company reserves the right to correct unintended errors in the contract data before shipping the product, provided the consumer is notified immediately and given the option to continue or terminate the contract and receive a full refund.

   

5. Pricing and Invoicing

• The Company is committed to clarifying the total price of the product, including taxes (VAT) and shipping/delivery costs, before the transaction is finalized.

   

• Following the conclusion of the contract, the Company will provide the consumer with a downloadable receipt containing the contract date, product description, total price, carrier name, and delivery date.

   

6. Termination and Return Policy

• The consumer has the right to terminate the contract within the statutory periods unless one of the exemptions stipulated in Article 11 of the Regulations applies.

   

• Cases where termination is not permitted:

  • If the product was manufactured or designed specifically for the consumer according to their specifications (e.g., custom-cut magnetic tracks).

     

  • If the product cannot be resold for health reasons or was damaged by the consumer.

     

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

• The Company maintains a clear policy for receiving and resolving complaints through the channels specified in the store.

   

• All transactions are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically the Electronic Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations.
